Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Overview

This website is operated by Customori. Throughout the website, the terms “Customori,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Customori.

Customori provides this website, including its content, features, tools, products, and services, to you subject to these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website, creating an account, uploading content, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them, including our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Refund Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our website or services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products and services.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Information

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or provide your account to another person without our written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders when we reasonably believe that fraud, unauthorized activity, policy violations, or unlawful conduct has occurred.

Section 2 — Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on:

  • Your device and display settings

  • Lighting conditions

  • Printing and manufacturing methods

  • Product materials and textures

  • Differences between digital previews and physical products

Because many Customori products are handmade, printed, engraved, embroidered, or produced individually, slight variations in color, placement, dimensions, texture, or finish may occur. Reasonable production variations are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, prices, designs, availability, and specifications may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

We may limit the sale or quantity of products to any customer, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Many Customori products are personalized or made to order using information, photographs, names, dates, messages, or other content provided by the customer.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order, including:

  • Names and spelling

  • Dates and messages

  • Photographs and image quality

  • Product type, size, and color

  • Shipping and contact information

  • Other selected customization options

We generally reproduce personalization information exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for errors contained in information approved or provided by the customer.

Once production has started, personalized orders generally cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.

Section 4 — Customer-Uploaded Content

“Customer Content” means photographs, images, names, text, graphics, instructions, or other materials you upload or provide for the creation of a personalized product.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Customori and our production, technology, payment, and fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, reproduce, crop, resize, edit, adapt, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Prepare previews or designs

  • Produce and fulfill your order

  • Process payments

  • Provide customer support

  • Resolve production, delivery, or quality issues

  • Maintain records required for legal or operational purposes

This operational license does not give us permission to use your private photographs in public advertising or social media without your additional consent.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You own the Customer Content or have permission to use it.

  2. You have permission from identifiable individuals appearing in the content.

  3. The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right.

  4. The content is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, abusive, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited.

  5. The content does not contain malware or code that could harm our website or systems.

You are responsible for claims arising from Customer Content submitted without the necessary rights or permissions.

We may refuse or cancel any order containing content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, intellectual property rights, or our content standards.

Section 5 — Image Quality and Design Adjustments

The final product quality depends partly on the quality of the image or information you provide.

Low-resolution, blurry, dark, heavily compressed, cropped, filtered, or otherwise unsuitable images may result in reduced print or design quality.

To create a usable design, we may make reasonable technical adjustments, including:

  • Cropping or repositioning

  • Background removal

  • Brightness or contrast correction

  • Minor color correction

  • Image enlargement or reduction

  • Layout adjustments

  • Converting an image into an illustrated or stylized design

These adjustments do not guarantee that a low-quality source image will produce a high-resolution result.

If we determine that your image cannot reasonably be used, we may contact you to request a replacement. Failure to respond may delay production or result in cancellation and refund of the affected item.

Section 6 — Previews and Design Approval

Some products may include a digital preview or proof before production.

Digital previews are intended to show the general composition, placement, and personalization of the design. Screen colors and digital mockups may not exactly represent the final physical product.

If approval is requested, you are responsible for reviewing the preview carefully and responding within the stated period.

Once you approve a preview, Customori is not responsible for customer-approved details, including spelling, image selection, dates, layout, or other personalization choices.

If you do not respond within the requested period, production may be delayed. Where clearly disclosed during ordering or in our communication, we may proceed using the most recent preview or information submitted.

Section 7 — Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for production.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Prohibited Customer Content

  • Inability to produce the requested customization

  • Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item or order.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to have been placed by resellers, distributors, or unauthorized commercial buyers.

Section 8 — Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@customori.com.

We will try to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Because personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, an order cannot normally be changed or canceled once design work, personalization, printing, manufacturing, or fulfillment has begun.

Approved cancellation requests may be subject to costs already incurred for custom design or production where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated to the customer.

Section 9 — Prices, Payments, and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges. Any additional charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • The information provided is accurate and complete.

  • The payment provider may charge the total amount shown at checkout.

  • You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges.

We may use third-party payment processors. Customori does not directly store complete payment card details where payments are handled by those providers.

Section 10 — Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.

  • Discounts have no cash value.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Shipping charges and taxes may not qualify for discounts.

  • Promotions may be modified or ended where permitted by law.

If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will control for that promotion.

Section 11 — Shipping and Delivery

Production and shipping times are separate.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, peak seasons, address problems, transportation interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed package.

Additional shipping terms are provided in our Shipping Policy:

https://customori.com/policies/shipping-policy

Section 12 — Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer and are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer-provided error.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact us within the period stated in our Refund Policy.

We may require photographs of:

  • The complete product

  • The damaged or incorrect area

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Eligibility for refunds, replacements, and other resolutions is governed by our Refund Policy:

https://customori.com/policies/refund-policy

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Section 13 — Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Customori website and its original content—including our brand name, logos, product designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, videos, text, page layouts, and software—are owned by or licensed to Customori and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy or reproduce our designs or content

  • Sell or distribute copies of our content

  • Modify or create derivative commercial works

  • Use our product images to sell competing products

  • Remove copyright or trademark notices

  • Use the Customori name or branding in a misleading manner

  • Scrape, extract, or systematically collect website content

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, design rights, source files, or commercial reproduction rights unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Customer Content remains owned by the customer or its lawful owner, subject to the limited license granted in Section 4.

Section 14 — Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion, photograph, or other public feedback, you grant Customori a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, format, and display that feedback for customer support, store operation, and promotional purposes.

We may identify feedback using your first name, initials, or public account name, but we will not knowingly publish private contact or payment information.

You confirm that submitted feedback is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.

We may remove feedback that contains unlawful content, spam, threats, personal information, intellectual property violations, or misleading statements.

Section 15 — Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social media services, and fulfillment partners.

These third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, content, availability, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your discretion and subject to their applicable terms.

Customori’s products are sold directly by Customori. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform but is not the seller of Customori products and is not responsible for fulfilling our orders.

Section 16 — Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

https://customori.com/policies/privacy-policy

Because our store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party service providers, information may be processed by Shopify and other providers as necessary to operate the website, process transactions, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, and provide support.

Section 17 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes

  • To violate intellectual property or privacy rights

  • To submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information

  • To harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person

  • To upload malware or harmful code

  • To interfere with website security or operation

  • To obtain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • To conduct spam, phishing, scraping, or data harvesting

  • To avoid or bypass purchase restrictions or security controls

  • To order products containing prohibited or unlawful content

  • To resell or commercially exploit our website content without permission

We may suspend access, reject content, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action if these restrictions are violated.

Section 18 — Errors and Omissions

Our website may occasionally contain errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, availability, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.

If an order is canceled because of an error after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled order or item.

Section 19 — Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.

Products are provided subject to the descriptions, warranties, and consumer protections expressly stated on our website or required by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 20 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Customori and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the website

  • Unauthorized access to an account

  • Reliance on website content

  • Third-party services

  • Delayed delivery

  • Misuse of a product

  • Customer Content submitted without proper rights

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Customori’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer protections.

Section 21 — Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Customori and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, damages, or reasonable costs arising from:

  • Your material violation of these Terms

  • Your unlawful use of the website

  • Customer Content you submitted without required rights or permissions

  • Your violation of another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

This section does not apply to claims caused by Customori’s own unlawful conduct or where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

Section 22 — Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or unlawful activity, threaten the security of the website, or misuse our services.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.

Sections concerning intellectual property, Customer Content, liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions that logically should continue will survive termination.

Section 23 — Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Customori is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Customers may also have mandatory rights under the laws of their state or place of residence.

Section 24 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed from the Terms.

The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

Section 25 — Waiver and Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the complete agreement between you and Customori regarding your use of the website and purchase of our products, except where separate written terms apply.

Section 26 — Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.

We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

Section 27 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technologies, or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required by law.

Continued use of our website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
